Details on the attribution will be sent directly by email to the registered students awarded.

Instructions for Presentations:

If you have a short oral presentation, please be aware that your presentation must have the duration of 10 minutes followed by a short discussion of 5 minutes. To avoid unexpected problems, you must test the presentation in the PC available in the auditorium before you are scheduled to talk. Once tested, the presentation should be given to the Organizing Committee. A Committee Staff Member will be on hand to assist you and receive your presentation. If you are a poster presenter, please note that your poster should be 1,2m high and 0,9m wide. There will not be a formal poster presentation during the poster session, but you should be at your poster during the session so as to discuss your work with meeting participants or invited speakers wishing to do so. The session is quite informal to encourage interaction between participants.
